1Password will not open!

1Password will not open on my iMac. It tries to "connect to 1Password" but at the end it says
that it could not connect and to get in touch with AgileBits support.
What must I do? It is in my Dropbox.

    Hi @johnascott,

    I'm sorry that you're experiencing this problem. There's two things you should try first:

    1. Make sure that 1Password is stored in Applications and not somewhere else on your disk.
    2. Reboot your Mac.

    If both of these fail to get it running, let us know and we'll poke deeper.
