I have payed for the upgrade for !Password6, and now you tell me I had a trial... What is going on?

Extension Version: I don't use this
OS Version: The very latest
Sync Type: I do not sync

    Hi @passwordproblem,

    I think that what happened to you is that even if you payed for for 1 Password you never actually added your licence to it. You can find all the information on how to add your licence here: https://support.1password.com/add-license/mac.html.
    If you can't find your licence, on this same page you'll be able to ask AgileBits to send it again!

    Hi @passwordproblem,

    I suspect Pilar is correct, and that you simply need to activate the 1Password app with the license you purchased. Was her answer helpful for you? I was able to find your license when I searched our system for the email address from your forum account, and I had that resent to you, so that should make it a little easier.

    Thanks to you both, I think it works now as I can add new secure notes and edit old ones again.
