i bought the pro version on my iphone. I cannot sync or get the license to add to my desktop !

i paid for the pro version on my iphone. I cannot get my license and my password from my desktop trial does not sync.... how do i add my pro iphone license to my desktop version ? your support is terrible? no phone number ! no direct email !!!

    The short version is that licenses are sold separately by platform, and since iOS and OS X are separate platforms, your iOS license doesn't enable your use on OS X. For that, you will need an OS X license too.

    @brianbenko: I'm sorry for the confusion! As hawkmoth mentioned, 1Password is sold on a per-platform basis (https://support.1password.com/license-requirements/), so 1Password for iOS is a separate purchase from the other versions. In fact, iOS apps cannot be sold anywhere else, and won't run on a computer anyway. Also, this allows people to purchase only the versions they'll actually use (for instance, if you don't have a PC you'll have no use for that version).
