    Same here - i had to downgrade to 6.2.2. With 6.3 its impossible to link to dropbox.

    Hi @alvinh and @jhahnde

    Very sorry for the trouble here. I was able to duplicate that behavior and I'm looking at what we can do to get it fixed now.

    A colleague of mine was able to find a workaround for this though.

    1. Instead of syncing to an existing vault, create a new vault
    2. Use the same master password as the vault you plan to sync to
    3. Once setup is complete goto Settings->Sync and you can sync to Dropbox this way and you won't see the crash

    After that you should be setup and ready to go.

    Let me know if that helps get things working for you!

    Just a heads up, we did figure out what was causing this and baring anything crazy like me getting hit by a bus will be submitting a fix tonight. Hopefully it'll be available soon.

    Very sorry for the trouble folks.

    I'm having the same issue. Had to reinstall iOS on iPhone 6S Plus and now can't sync vault which is stored in Dropbox. Hopefully someone will know a workaround, I did get into 1password by creating a new vault and then syncing my main vault which is then called 1password in the app, but that's not useful as I need my Dropbox synced vault to be Primary, and there's no way to rename the one I created in the iOS app or add a vault and delete the original vault.

    @rpardz

    You should be able to just goto Sync in Settings, and setup sync for your primary vault to whichever file you want in Dropbox. You may have to delete a secondary vault though. See my post above:

    Don't add a secondary vault :) just setup sync for the existing vault

    @ AGKyle
    i try using your workaround
    1. create new vault using same password
    2. now i can ooen 1 password
    3. try to change sync setting, an i get notification if my vault and Dropbox vault is very different : 0 in my primary and 1560 in Dropbox

    is that ok to merge it? will i loose my data?

    thank you for your kindness

    @alvinh

    In your case you can merge. Merge basically means take two vaults and combine them. Since one is empty and one has all of your data, merging is acceptable here and you'll end up with the same thing as you have in Dropbox :)

    You do want to be mindful though of this in the future if you encounter it. Note that it combines vaults so if you take two totally separate vaults it will squish them together and create one. You may want to do this in the future, you may not want to do this in the future. It'll depend on the circumstances. But with an empty vault and a known vault, merging is fine.

    Hope that helps and my apologies again for the trouble! Let me know if you have any other questions!

    And just an update, we've released 1Password 6.3.1 for iOS which fixes the crash mentioned in this thread. It may take 2-3 hours for this update to appear in the App Store but it has been released.
