I have looked at the referrer - to's and still do not know what to do

@jmcsys: Do you mean the 1Password iOS extension? First you'll need to enable it in the Share [ ↑ ] menu:

Enable the 1Password extension (iOS)

Then you can access it in the share menu in Safari and other apps that support 1Password:
