How to transfer data from the od version in my iPhone to the new one ? thanks, Livio

I have a very old version of 1P, probably the first. After getting the new one on my iPhone I tried to import data from the old version , but, no way the new 1P leads me to the sync process (wifi, iCloud and so forth) but nothing happens.
Do you have an easy way to do that ?
