Trying to migrate ipassword 3.7.2 to 6.3.1.

I have iPhone 6+ running iOS 9.2.1 and have been using 1Password 3.7.2. I've had trouble with it crashing and attempted to migrate to new version 6.3.1. I found the page "How do I upgrade 1Password 3 on iOS?" and followed the directions but could not get the data to move to the new version. Any suggestions?

    @MRutter: Sorry for the trouble! Unfortunately without more information it's difficult to say what needs to be done. Did you perhaps previously tell 1Password "don't ask again" when you were prompted to import the data? When following the guide to migrate your data from 1Password 3 to the current version of 1Password, what happened? Did you receive some sort of error? Please let me know. I look forward to hearing back from you! :)

    I followed the guide exactly and the steps were the same until Step 7. Instead of "Open in 1Password" it said "Copy to 1Password". I followed the rest of the steps. When opening the new 1Password it says "Decrypting" but when it opens there are no records or information.
