Use "App folder" access type instead of "Full Dropbox"

I'm also pretty surprised Dropbox hasn't changed this yet. Seems like a no-brainer to me.

Why can't you add an optional setting that changes the permission? Powerusers can make sure vaults are in the right location across all devices. It could also be the default for new accounts. Obviously changing defaults for all users is scary, but please provide the other option for us security-conscious folks!

If you do a search here for “add a preference” or “add an option” (etc) I think you’ll find we get dozens of requests every week for new preferences to be added to the app. Not only does doing so bloat the UI it also adds complexity to the codebase. As such we’re very careful about what we decide to add as a preference. If anything there are probably some that need to be removed. This isn’t to say we won’t consider what you’re saying, or that we definitely won’t do it, but I wanted to make the point that the bar for adding a preference is quite high.
