Testing: when I click on the website it takes me to login page but doesn't fill-what do I need?

I am testing and have input a site, username, pw, and web url. It takes me to the url but does not log me in. What am I missing here? Sorry I am slow on tech stuff.

    Hi @lettyrob,

    So there are a couple of questions that will better help us understand your situation.

    1. What operating system do you use and what version are you running?
    2. What version of 1Password are you running?
    3. What is your preferred browser and the version of that browser?
    4. What version of the 1Password extension is installed?

    Depending on your comfort level with computers you may already know the answers to many or it might require a little digging. The two that relate directly to 1Password link to guides that should show you have to find the information.

    I'm confident that we'll find the source of the issue and that soon you'll have proper filling happen :smile:
