    I am also having this issue. I am using iOS 9.2.1 on an iPhone 6s Plus. I am on 1Password for iOS 6.3.1. I have not been having sync issues with multiple macs (4 running 10.11.3). The latest update to the iOS app did not fix my problem (the one from 3/13). I have deleted and reinstalled Dropbox and 1Password three different times in different orders and this still has not resolved the problem.

    Same thing here. The ios 1password update 6.3.1 fixed the problem.
