I have 1Password5 on my IMAC. Asked if wanted to upgrade to 1Password6. When I attempted to install, the icon for version 5 remains but the icon has a ? superimposed on it and it does not open. There is no icon for version 6. (This may or may not be relevant, but when I upgraded from version 2.12.1 to version 5 a couple of months ago, I continued to have version 2 on my computer in addition to version 5. Both versions were operational.) Now version 6 is nowhere to be found, version 5 doesn't work, but version 2 does.

    Hey there @stephen_gaioni,

It sounds like the app updated itself from 1Password 5 to 1Password 6. Since the name of the app has changed it has invalidated the location of the app that you had in your Dock.

So you just need to update your setup by doing the following:

    1. Drag the question mark off the Dock so that it disappears.
    2. Open 1Password 6 from your Applications folder so it appears in the Dock
    3. Right-click on the app in the dock, go to options and select "Keep in Dock"

    Hope this helps.
