iCloud Sync missing records

Hi,

I'm having a similar problem to the issue posted here: iCloud Sync works but some records are missing / not syncing.

As the title states, I'm missing records in iOS. I'm using 1Password version 6.1 (610006) on Mac OSX El Capitan 10.11.3 and 1Password version 6.3.1 on iOS 9.2.1.

    Hi @richf,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear iCloud isn't behaving as expected. Can you please test something for me?

    From each of your devices please try adding a new Secure Note with a title matching the name of the device. Wait for iCloud to sync (close and re-open 1Password) and see which notes appear on which devices.

    Hi Ben,

    Thanks for the quick response. On both my Macbook and iPad I can see the notes I created on each device. I do not see the iPhone note on either the Macbook or the iPad, nor do I see the Macbook and iPad notes on the iPhone.

    Great! Well, not great, obviously, but it sounds like we've narrowed the problem down to the iPhone. Can you please try following this guide on the iPhone?

    Hi Ben,

    Using the troubleshooting section of the guide I was able to resolve the issue by turning off 1Password under iPhone Settings > iCloud > iCloud Drive. I restarted my phone and turned 1Password on again under iCloud drive and when I opened 1Password, it synced the missing data.
