Restore Purchases does not work, allthough apple id is correct.

I've switched to a new iphone. After reinstalling 1Password again and trying to get back to the Pro features, I'm getting the message to check the Apple Id, which is correct. I purchased the app on the 18th december 2012.
Maybe you can help me, thanks.

Thanks, @NicAdams. It appears Eva has gotten you pointed in the right direction.
For anyone else reading who might be having a similar problem: it is critical that you install 1Password and are currently signed into the same Apple ID that was originally used to purchase 1Password/the Pro features. Otherwise this will not work.
