Extension for 1password for iOS is not visible in share sheets.

I cannot setup the extension for 1password for iOS. I have followed the troubleshooting suggestions listed on the various agilebits support documents. Specifically:

The phone is running iOS 9.2.1
1password version is 6.3.1
I've been using this app for a while. That is, 1password is set up, there is a vault, and it is syncing with the cloud.

However, 1password is not present in the activities list and therefore it cannot be turned on.

Please advise on further troubleshooting.

    Are you looking in the second row of icons? The greyscale row? And you've selected the "More" button in that row? If that is the case, I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:

    Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

    Hi Ben-
    Yes, I am looking at the 2nd row of icons, the grayscale row closest to the "cancel."
    Yes, I've selected "More."
    I will create a ios diagnostic report and email as instructed.

    Hi @prock - Thank you for sending the diagnostics report from your iPhone. For the benefits of anyone else reading this thread, this is a problem if you are on a blank page in Safari on your iPhone. Can you navigate to a website - www.agilebits.com for instance - and then try this again.
