IOS Version 6.3 doesn't finish update on my iPad

I am trying to update version 6.3 on my iPad. The update seems to work but it doesn't finish Instalation. Is stops at about 5/8 of Instalation. Since the 1Password icon is always installing, I can't use the App and can't find any of my passwords. Help!!!!

@amamabasauri have you tried rebooting your iPad to see if that resolves the problem?
