i cannot login to my old vault which was entered into my iphone. I want to delete and start over

My goal is to create a new vault which I want to sync with my iphone, ipad, and windows pc However when I tried to create a new account on my iphone, it went to my old account to sync with my old account. I do not remember the password to my old account so i cant sync with it.
I would like to get rid of my old account but i don't know how.
