I have 1Password version 3.8.21. I'm on a Mac running El Capitan 10.11. I need advice upgrading.

When I try to upgrade via the 1Password menus, the install bar gets to about 20% (on both my iMac and Powerbook) and then quits. What to do?

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble updating 1Password for Mac. You've come to the right place!

    We have a support article to walk you through upgrading from version 3 to version 6. Right this way:
