I'm sorry you're having trouble getting 1Password and Citi to cooperate with each other. Let's start by making sure the 1Password app and browser extension are both up to date:
Then if you're still stuck, create a new Login item for Citi in the main 1Password app and see if that works. Use your own User ID and Password for the username and password, and https://www.accountonline.citibank.com/cards/svc/LoginGet.do for the website.
If this doesn't help, please let us know which versions of the 1Password app and extension you are running, and also the web browser you're using. That information could make a difference and be helpful when continuing to troubleshoot your problem. There's even a possibility it's just a temporary issue, like brenty encountered a week ago.
