Master password not working
What I thought was surely my primary vault password does not work. I restarted and redownloaded the app so fingerprint id won't work either. Is there some way to start completely over? I can't get into the primary vault to delete iCloud data so it keeps seeing my primary vault that I can't access.

Be sure you realize that this really means that you are starting over from scratch. All of your data will disappear.
I wonder if you have seen the tips that some folks find helpful in remembering their master password? If you have very much data already stored in 1Password, I would recommend you read this and give them a try, before you give up and start over. My Master Password is not being accepted. What should I do?
