import data from lastpass to 1password issue

I looked at the related post from the FAQ, but when I go to import the .csv file that was created by LastPass it is greyed out the same way every other file is. Please help!?!

    Hi @greu79

    Did you select the LastPass format option? Try that first and let us know if you're still having problems.

    Hi @greu79,

    As JWeaver mentioned, you'll need to make sure you choose 'LastPass' as the import File Format - however, the option to choose that might not be obvious. After choosing File > Import, check the lower left corner of the window that opens, and you should see an 'Options' button. Click on that, then you'll see the File Format options (click the dropdown menu and choose "LastPass (.csv)").
