    Hi @mathieulemaire! I'm so sorry about that. What happens when you try it? I see you've already read our knowledge base articles on the Master Password not being accepted, so I won't ask you to look there again. If you're sure your Master Password is correct, please let us know. Otherwise, are you the owner on the account or are there other members with administrator permission?
