I am using a Samsung Galaxy S6 with 5.1.1 Android.

My steps:
1. Export vault from lastpass
2.Import vault in csv format
3.Download and install android app
4.Sync my vault with dropbox
5.Enable 1Password accessibility service

I tried to login with autofill feauture but nothing happens, if i use 1password keyboard with manual filling it works.

I reset my device and still no response when I click on login or password input. I tried with several sites.

Why is not working and what can I do ?

1Password Version: 6.2
Extension Version: 4.5.5.90 (windows)
OS Version: 5.1.1 Android
Sync Type: dropbox

  • Hi @Mycr0! It sounds like you have the correct settings enabled for automatic filling to work correctly. We would love to help find out what's going on and fix it.

    1. Do you see this issue in third-party apps or in a browser?
    2. What browser are you using?
    3. Does the 1Password icon on the keyboard glow blue when you're on a web page or in an app with a login? This indicates 1Password is able to correctly detect login fields on the screen.

I was expecting 1password to autofill without me to click the little button from keyboard (that was in my mind), I read the docs after and I get it now.

  • Glad to hear that Saad was able to help out, @Mycr0. Thanks for the update. :)
