Reinstalled 1Password6 sync w/dropbox and it wiped out over 200 contacts. Contacts if Fld not Recogn

When I sync with DropBox after reinstalling 1Password6, the 200+ contact backed up on Dropbox was wiped out. I do have 1Password backed up in a folder, but it is not being recognized. It however posted "1Password.opvaul" in the folder. Any help appreciated.

    I'm sorry you're having trouble syncing or restoring your data to 1Password!

    I think we should definitely be able to help get your data back one way or another, but first we'll need to know a bit more about your setup and what led to the problem:

    • Are you trying to setup 1Password on a new/different Mac? Or is it the same Mac where you've been using 1Password, but something happened to erase the app and/or your data?
    • Were you using 1Password 6 before the problem happened, or an older version?
    • What happened the first time you opened 1Password 6 after reinstalling it? Did it ask for your master password or take you through a setup procedure?
    • If it took you through a setup procedure, did you sync your vault from Dropbox, or did you create a new/empty vault first?
    • What exactly do you mean about the data in Dropbox being "wiped out"? Are you saying you couldn't find your 1Password sync file in Dropbox so you couldn't sync it? Or that you found & synced with an existing file in Dropbox but it didn't restore all your data from before? Or something else?
    • When you refer to "the 200+ contact backed up on Dropbox", are you talking about the items that had previously been in your 1Password vault?
    • What is the exact location of the folder that contains your 1Password backups?
    • Do the backup files end in a ".1p4_zip" extension or a ".agilekeychain_zip" file extension?
    • What are the steps you take to restore from those backup files?
    • What exact folder contains the "1Password.opvaul" sync file?

    Once we understand more about what happened and the current circumstances, we should have a much better idea of where to go from there. Thanks in advance! :)
