    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'd be happy to help, but it would be really helpful to know:

    • Where is your 1Password data now?
    • What other devices (and versions) do you use 1Password on?
    • Do you subscribe to 1Password for Families or 1Password for Teams, or are you using a "local" vault?
