not autofilling

Hi I have been using 1 password since the day it first came out. I am experiencing an autofill issue. I have had this happen before but it was very long ago. I am running el capitan 10.11.14. I have the latest update from 1password. I have included pictures of my 1password preferences. I have uninstalled reinstalled both the app and the mini browser extension. Please assist

    Solved my own problem seems like there was an issue on ebay recognizing where the values should go deleted saved info enabled save new logins and worked
