Recovered a family member's account. Now they can't login to 1Password on Mac.

My wife recovered her family account and set a new password. She can login without issue through the browser, but no longer can log into her 1Password on Mac OX El Capitan

    @villagechris

    Have you logged in and completed the recovery process for her account ? The last section in the guide. Sorry, I couldn't tell if you had completed this step.

    Also I am trying to find a post from @brenty (admin) on what I think was a similar issue. Is her family account the only account on the Mac or does she have any personal vaults ex. Non teams ?

    @Brenty replies a lot to a lot of topics so I am pinging him here.

    Please note that going through recovery also changes the Account Key. If she is unable to login to 1Password for Mac she may need to start over, and login to the 1Password account using the fresh Master Password & Account Key.

    Note that because all 1Password for Families data is stored with the service there will not be any data loss by deleting the local cache.
