Existing Data Not Found error

Hi ,
I am using latest version of iOS i.e 9.3 on my iphone . I am trying to sync my existing vault (data stored on older version of iOS) from icloud on my updated iphone , master password entered by me is correct but i am getting message incorrect password and and existing data not found message once i am come out of password page.

Pls help solve this issue as I need access to my icloud data urgently. Thanks.

ps: I dont have one password app on my Mac .

Extension Version: 6.3.1
OS Version: OS X 10.11.4
Sync Type: icloud

    Can someone pls help ? Do i need to purchase one password for my Mac also to make this work?

    Thanks for taking the time to write in.

    Could you please let me know which devices you are using 1Password on, which version of iOS is installed on those devices, and which version of 1Password is installed on each? You mentioned two iPhones... what model are they, what version of iOS, and what version of 1Password?

    iCloud is a relatively new feature to 1Password, so it may not be possible to sync older versions with it.

    Please let us know.
