Lost Passwords in upgrade
I just upgraded Lion to El Cap. I could still access 1Password, but when I tried to edit a password, the cursor started moving back and forth in the password field. I then realized there is an update to 1Password to make it work with El Cap and so I did the upgrade and now am in a panic.
1Password is telling me I either need to find another data source or create a new vault.
I have a backup on my Clickfree drive. I can actually see it, but it is grey'd out and when I try to point 1Password to it, it cannot access it.
There does not seem to be a .agilekeychain or .opvault file anywhere I can find on the Mac.
I do have 1Password on my iPhone, but have not been able to sync the two for a while, so I am reluctant to try to use it unless nothing else works.
What would you suggest?
1Password Version: 6.1
Extension Version: Not sure
OS Version: OSX 10.11.4
Sync Type: iCloud - also backup to Clickfree Drive

Hi @Rtistoo2012,
I'm sorry for the trouble you're having, and thanks for reaching out to us here in the forums. We'll be very glad to help you sort this out.
To get a clearer understanding of your 1Password setup and give you more specific instructions, I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports for us, one from each of your devices:
Attach the Diagnostics Reports to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Reports in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Reports in our inbox. If it's easier for you to email them separately in 2 different emails, that's fine, just please make sure to include this forum link in both emails.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the email(s) and ensure that you don't have to wait too long for a response. Then we'll continue the conversation via email until you've got 1Password back in good working order across your devices. :)
Thanks very much!
