I have a Mac and a Surface Pro and don't know how to set up 1Password to use on both. Help

I have 1Password using DropBox to access license # for two MacBook Pros and now have a Surface Pro 4 I want to use it with but have no idea what I'm doing to make this work. I need help to get this accomplished.

Do you have a family 1Password account? You would have signed up here: https://1password.com/families/

If you do, you can set up 1Password for Mac with your new account as described here:

Once you've got that set up, download our app for Windows 10. The following guide will help you set up your account on your Surface Pro:
