Sync fails from and to Iphone/Ipad after update to IOS 9.3

I am syncing two windows10 PCs with an Iphone6 and an ipad Air2 via Dropbox. Until the latest IOS update this worked flawlessly. Now Dropbox itself still syncs fine between all devices. However, 1Password does not. From Windoes PC to Windows PC it is still syncing but not between IOS devices or between Windows and IOS devices. Any suggestions?

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. It sounds as though there may be a configuration issue with one or both of the iOS devices. I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your iOS devices:

    Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to [email protected].

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report(s) in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.

    You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)
