how to fix "safari can't install this extension" error

unable to install 1password 6 extension for safari 9.1 on mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.5

    FIXED: the extension was already in place - I just didn't see it where I expected.

    SUGGESTION: add documentation reminding user where to look for 1password icon before attempting to install it.

    Thanks @sbecker11! I'm glad you were able to figure out the extension was already installed. Ideally, it would be great if Safari explained that the extension is already installed instead of giving the vague error message you saw. But since we don't have control over that ourselves, perhaps we can explain that in our own documentation. We appreciate the feedback!
