I inadvertently deleted the 1Password icon from the Safari toolbar. How do I get it back?

I inadvertently deleted the 1Password icon from the Safari toolbar. How do I get it back? Also, is the icon that had been on the toolbar similar to the other one above it on the Menu Bar that isn't always there? Thank you!

    If you didn't delete the 1PW extension, either Control Click on an area of the toolbar, or go to View menu at top of screen in Safari and select Customize Toolbar. The just drag the 1PW icon back to Toolbar where you want it and click done.

    @Szempruch: But if 1Password is missing completely from Safari (Preferences > Extensions), you can always instal a fresh copy from the AgileBits website:
