i can't sync 1password with my new phone 6s

I called apple support who tried to help but finally suggested i call you. All my other apps downloaded successfully.

OS Version: OSX 10.11.3
Sync Type: wifi/icloud

    Hi @richardsue,

    Are you having trouble getting 1Password app onto your phone, or syncing your 1Password data to the app on your phone? You should be able to download the app right from the App Store, and then you should be able to sync your data into the app.

    Please let us know which part you're stuck on, as well as which other device(s) you use 1Password on and what sync method you prefer (wi-fi or iCloud? We recommend choosing one).
