I could not get my iPhone's vault synced with my iPad and my Windows vaults. All are using Dropbox.
Why my iPhone would not sync a specific new entry with other devices? I have tried everything to sync it with other devices but could not manage. iPhone vault shows 246 items, other devices show 245 and ignoring my last entry.
I have bypassed the glitch by AirDropping the new entry to my iPad, but then my phone got two same identical entries now.
1Password Version: 4.6.0.604 for Windows and 6.3.1 for iOS
Extension Version: 4.5.5 on Firefox
OS Version: Windows 10 & iOS 9.3
Sync Type: Dropbox

Can I ask, what have you tried so far in your attempts to get your iPhone to sync to Dropbox?
If you haven't already, can you try completely quitting 1Password for iOS on your iPhone from iOS' multitasking screen and see what happens when you launch it again. It's just a feeling based on another user's experience and issue we've been helping them with.
