    Hi @zeluz62,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in! I can't say I recall ever seen anything quite like that. Can you please tell me:

    • What version of 1Password do you have installed (instructions: (iOS) How to keep 1Password up to date )
    • Is the iPad jailbroken? Or does it have a stock copy of iOS from Apple?
    • Is your device managed by a company's MDM (mobile device management)?

    Please let us know!

    The IPad is not jailbroken. It has original Apple IOS
    the IPad is not managed by MDM
