dont tell you how to export out of roboform--

and there is no "file> import" option on 1Password

    I'm so sorry to hear that you're feeling frustrated by 1Password now. We've been working on improving our documentation in general, and the import process specifically, but as you've mentioned, there's still room for improvement.

    there is no "file> import" option on 1Password

    Could you tell me which platform you're using 1Password on? The article that you linked to refers specifically to Windows, but 1Password for Mac also has a "file > import" option. Are you looking at the web interface of 1Password Families?
