Cannot find my license

Hi

I've just switched to a new computer and am trying to transfer my license. 1Password app is looking for a license file. However, the email I have with the license only has a license string. How do I generate the file to select via the app?

Hi @quilombo,

It sounds like you have a License code for version 3, in order to use the current version you would need to upgrade to version 6. You'll want to put your license code into the store in order to purchase the upgrade at a discount. https://agilebits.com/store/upgrade?product_id=108
