Purchased on Mac, pro won't transfer to iPhone.

The pro features, like multiple vaults, that I have on my Mac won't transfer to my iPhone. I have tried restoring purchase and that does not work. I am using the same Apple ID. Please tell me I don't have to pay another $10.

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. We sell 1Password in two different ways:

    • As a 1Password account. This would be in the form of either a 1Password for Families or 1Password for Teams subscription. This includes access to all of our compatible apps, and also includes the Pro features for iOS and Android.
    • As a license for our desktop apps. It sounds like this is what you purchased. It allows a single individual to use 1Password on Mac and Windows. It also includes the basic versions of our mobile apps. It does not include the Pro features. They are sold separately.

    If you purchased a 1Password license from us (not the Mac App Store) in the last 30 days and would prefer to switch to a 1Password account (subscription) please send us an email with the details to support+sales@agilebits.com. If you purchased from the Mac App Store, you'd need to seek a refund with Apple.
