1Password6 not entering username on Citi web site
The password is entered but not the username. Then I get an error message, a refresh and have to enter both user name and password manually. Using 6.2 but became a problem using the previous version. I haven't (yet) had the same problem on other sites. Same problem in both Firefox 45.0.1 and Safari 9.0.3. MacBook Pro running El Capitan 10.11.3. Thank you for your help.
1Password Version: 6.2

@suzanneshaps the usual solution for problems like this is to re-create and save the login manually. Have you tried that?
That said, Citi has been the subject of many posts in the past by people who have found the login procedure challenging for 1Password. Take a look at this long thread in the Saving and Filling in Browsers forum by way of example.

Hi and thank you for your reply. Yes, I did delete this Login and recreate it manually. I will look at the thread you recommended.

@suzanneshaps: I'll save you the trouble of reading all of that. Here's the information you need to save a working Citi login:
- Navigate to https://accountonline.citi.com/cards/svc/LoginGet.do
- Enter your login credentials
- Click the 'keyhole' icon to bring up the extension
- Click the 'gear' icon for Settings
- Click Save New Login
- Give it a name and Save
- Close the webpage and select your new login from the extension to have 1Password Go & Fill
- Submit the form manually if you have autosumbit disabled
I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any questions! :)
