Syncing not working properly.

Okay, I have 1Password on both my iPad and iPhone. Everything had been working fine until I teathered my iPad with my phone the other night and created a new logon on my iPad. Now anything I do on my iPad is not relented on my iPhone, yet anything I do on my iPhone is reflected on the iPad. I use Dropbox to sync my vault.
