    Hi @Cromdubh,

I'm sorry you're having trouble trying to install the 1Password extension in Safari!

In your message, you included a version number next to "Extension Version", so I suspect you already have the 1Password extension installed in Safari. If so, that's why Safari is giving you an error. To make sure: open Safari, go to Safari > Preferences and click the Extensions tab. Is 1Password listed there? If so, it's already installed and you don't need to reinstall it.

If you have more questions about that, please let us know. Cheers! :)

I take that to mean the extension is already installed? If so, I'm glad to hear things are actually fine. And don't worry - you're not alone as this has confused other customers too. It would be nice if the error message from Safari actually explained that the extension is already installed, as the one it currently gives is quite vague.

Hopefully you're all set, but if you have more questions or need anything else, just let us know. :)
