Have the options for sharing items changed in the latest update?
I use 1PAssword with my work team, but I don't think we have a Team account. I used to share individual 1PAssword items with certain people via e-mail, but now I only have the options to share via Print or AirDrop. Did the options change in the latest update of the program?
If so, do I need to move to a Team account in order to share individual items (not entire vaults) with the team? I don't want to share everything with everyone, but select items with certain people, and vice versa.

Hi @pcrozier
My apologies for the inconvenience. These options have indeed been changed. You can read the response from our Chief Defender Against the Dark Arts, here:
Only sharing options are Airdrop or Print in 6.2-BETA4 - AgileBits Support Forum
As for possible alternate solutions, yes, 1Password for Teams is the way that we recommend sharing data within a team. At the moment sharing happens on a vault level, not an item level, but item level sharing is something we're investigating for possible inclusion in the future.
Again I apologize for having to remove these options. I understand they could come in quite handy. But unless extra steps were taken to ensure that the communication channel was secured (e.x. with email, using PGP) we found the convenience vs security factor was a trade-off that we couldn't make any longer.

OK - I understand about the security issue, but it is a challenge now to share items. You definitely need to seriously consider sharing individual items for the Team program. For example, my controller keeps all the passwords for sensitive financial info in 1Password - banks, merchant accounts etc. But I certainly don't want that shared with anyone else in my team other than me! And as we are spatially distributed (i.e. not physically in the same office all the time!), print and Airdrop are not very convenient!
