My master password isn’t allowing me in! (downloaded 1Password 6.2 last night)
I actually made a note of my master password last night but it isn’t working. I used only letters, an acceptable symbol (&), and numbers. This morning, a message popped up about an extension that would enable me to bypass log-ins for sites I use. Is the extension the culprit? Should I un-install 1Password? Help!

I'm really sorry to hear that this is happening to you. I think the best thing for us to do is to move this to email. Here's what I'd like from you... could you create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac? It will contain some log files that will help us see what's going on and we'll be better able to determine the next steps. Email it to support+forums@agilebits.com. Include a link to this forum post so that we can connect the dots. You should receive a response nearly immediately from our support system with a support request id, please post that on the forum here as it will also help us jump between the two systems.
