Upgrade from Pro to 1Password Families

Currently there are two 1Password Pros account in my family, I want to upgrade to 1Password Families. How will this work? Will the two individual accounts be merged in this new Family account? Do we need to decide who the "main" Account holder would be?

    Yes; you can migrate your data from your (existing) local vault(s) to 1Password for Families. This is however currently a manual process:

    (iOS) Migrate to a Family or Team account

    If you have your data on one or more Macs, that would make the process a bit easier as items can be moved en masse:

    (Mac) Migrate to a Family or Team account

    Do we need to decide who the "main" Account holder would be?

    It is possible (and recommended) to appoint multiple "owners" on the account. The person who will be interacting with AgileBits support on behalf of the family (likely yourself?) should create the account. When we need to verify ownership of an account we will correspond with you through the email address that was used to create the account.
