transfer license to new account

Hello. I purchased 1P with a legacy iTunes account (in iTunes app store) that I no longer wish to use on my iPhone. Am I able to transfer that over to the new iTunes app store account? Thank you

    Hi @lowepeter,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you may want to continue using that old Apple ID. You can change the email address associated with it without losing your purchases, but unfortunately there is no way to transfer a purchase from one Apple ID to another.
