Hi - I have 1password for Mac - I got it for free as a promotional referral from my father in law. My license number is [licence removed for security; moderator]. It seems that I cant add more than 199 items. Is my license somehow restricted?
Thanks
Darren

You gave a licence NUMBER. But 1PW has used a licence FILE for a long time. What version of 1PW and Mac OS X are you using?

    Hi @Brumby11,

If you haven't activated the 1Password app with your license, it will be in trial mode and the trial will expire after 30 days. At that point, if you've added at least 20 items, you won't be able to add more until you activate it. Is it possible you haven't added your license to the app, and you happened to have 199 items when the trial expired?

You can find more information about that (including how to add your license to 1Password) here: If you see “Trial Expired” in 1Password

Hopefully this helps, but please let us know if you have any trouble with that, or if you have more questions. Thanks!
