Do you really mean a browser like Firefox or Safari, or do you mean the finder in Mac OSX?
A Questionmark in the finder almost means that the link to your Application is broken.
If this is your problem, you have to go to the finder and choose "Applications" on the left site.
There should be the icon of 1Password without a Questionmark.
If you are able to open the program on this way, you only have to create a new alias (right click -> "Make Alias") and put it into the place where your old alias is stored.

    Hey there @Fotosuperstar,

That sounds as if you maybe went from 1Password 5 to 1Password 6? If so, the link in your Dock would be invalid suddenly since the app in Applications/1Password 5 would be gone, with Applications/1Password 6 would be in its place.

You just need to drag the question mark out of the dock so it disappears, and then drag the 1Password 6 app into your Dock for it to be accessible again.

    Hope this helps.
