Can I open and get 1Password again in another apple device with all the same info if it wasnt sync?

I lost my Ipod ant it wasnt sync in iCloud or Dropbox, can I get back my old passwords when I open 1 Password in another apple device?

Thanks for taking the time to write in! I'm sorry to hear you lost your device. Did you perhaps make a backup of your 1Password data prior to losing your device?

Creating and restoring 1Password backups in iTunes (iOS)

If not, your best bet may be to restore a device backup to the new device. In some cases the same backup needs to be restored twice (oddly enough) in order to restore your 1Password data:

Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support

Hi Ben
Thank you so much for your help. I have another question, My new device is in fact an "old device", yes it is my last Iphone4. I installed 1Password here and tried to open, I have to select enter the option I already was a user, inmediatly come up the message for syncing. I wasn t able because I never turned on iCloud for my data in my lost Ipod. Iphone4 has an old IOS version and I dont know if I am able to restore as you suggested me because I wont be able to buy a device with a new version now.

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately you'd need to have a device capable of running the same version of iOS to restore a backup.
