Hi @dbvideo,
I'm sorry you're having trouble adding a second vault to 1Password!
Are you using our new 1Password for Teams or 1Password Families service and want to add a new vault to your account? Or do you have an existing .agilekeychain or .opvault file in Dropbox (or somewhere else) that you're trying to add as a secondary vault? Or are you simply trying to create a new local (and empty) vault on your Mac?
Since we upgraded to 1password 6 we can not add a second vault.
What version were you using before upgrading to 1Password 6? Were you able to add secondary vaults in that version? If so, what were the steps you previously used in order to add a vault?
If double click it 1password 6 open but does nothing.
I'm not sure what "it" refers to. Can you please clarify what you're double-clicking on?
Once we know a few more details, we should have a better idea of how to get this working for you. Thanks! :)

Hi,
we are using the normal paid app from the appstore.
We have an existing .opvault file in a dropbox and we are trying to get that file synced.
Before upgrading we were using the last version of 1password 5.
By "it" we are referring to the .opvault file.I hope it is more clear now.
Best regards,

Thanks @dbvideo!
So, if I understand, you open your local Dropbox folder and double-click on the .opvault file, and that opens the main 1Password 6 app, but doesn't prompt you to create a new personal vault from that file? If so, I'm not quite sure why it isn't working. Can you please try these steps to see if it helps:
- Reboot your Mac.
- After it restarts, launch the main 1Password app and unlock it with your master password.
- In the Finder, navigate to your local Dropbox folder and find the .opvault file you want to add, then double-click it.
Is there any difference after rebooting the Mac, or does it still just open the app and do nothing?
If the same problem still happens, I wonder if you can tell us more about the .opvault file you're trying to add. Did you create that on another Mac? Has it completely downloaded to the Dropbox folder on the Mac where you're trying to add it? (If it has, it should have a green circle with a checkmark next to it in your Dropbox folder.) Was that .opvault file previously syncing with a vault on the Mac where you're trying to add it?
Also, if you open 1Password and go to 1Password > Preferences > Sync, how many vaults are listed there? Please select each vault on the left side and check the file path & name of its sync file in Dropbox. Are any vaults already syncing with that .opvault file?
Thanks! :)
