Thanks for taking the time to write in. We use Stripe for payment processing, and as such inheret their supported list of cards. I actually thought Discover was on the list, but I checked:

Unfortunately it appears only US-based businesses can accept Discover. As AgileBits is a Canadian company we're unable to accept it at this time.

@bwoodruff how do you delete a families account? I cannot find a way to do this within the admin console. Unless I am missing something.
